The NSR Method - Practitioner Certification

The NSR Method Certified Practitioner designation represents the completion of all 14 modules, full practical skills assessment across two in-person training days, and submission of a complete assessment portfolio demonstrating clinical application across real client work. The final two modules of the certification complete the clinical picture. Module 13 covers the Nervous System Release Process — the five-stage neurophysiological sequence through which movement restriction actually resolves, and why most practitioners inadvertently interrupt it. Module 14 introduces the ORERI master framework: Observe, Regulate, Explore, Release, Integrate — the complete clinical process that synthesises all 14 modules into a single, session-applicable methodology. Graduates of the full certification are equipped to assess autonomic state, design NS-informed sessions and programmes, apply clinical communication and coaching frameworks, facilitate the nervous system release process, and document client work to professional standards. They receive IPHM accredited certification and approximately 40 CPD hours applicable across fitness, movement, and allied health registrations. This level is for practitioners who are ready to make nervous system-informed coaching the foundation of everything they do professionally.
